Can you rush my order?
Under "normal" circumstances, yes, we do make an effort to expedite orders upon request. While we can certainly do our best to expedite your order, we can’t exactly guarantee that a shipping delay can't take place. Shoot your shot by sending us a message, and we'll give it a try!
I don't think I received an order or shipping confirmation. Do you have my order?
The best place to start is by checking your spam folder. If you're still having trouble finding an order confirmation, then email us. Please note that sometimes not finding an order confirmation email could also mean that your order simply hasn't been processed yet, but we're happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your order.
Why does it take so long to get an order out?
Our order queue takes a little time because everything is handmade for the most part or thoughtfully curated. Orders can take up to ten days to ship out, we pack each order by hand with a little TLC, so your Flair Goods are worth the wait.
You shipped out a while ago, where is my package?
Unfortunately, this is uncharted territory for us, too. As you all may know, USPS is really hurting these days and some shipments have taken a little longer than usual because of these recent shipping delays. While many of our orders will experience a lag by a few days, a small percentage of orders might go MIA for a bit longer. If your patience wears thin, and you've waited more than 3 weeks, then it's time to email us, so we can track down the goods.
Why is my tracking number missing or stuck?
Again, we're hoping (fingers crossed) that USPS can resolve these temporary issues. If you are missing your tracking number, please email us, and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Do you ship internationally?
In short, nope, not yet, but we're working on it. As we grow we'll begin to expand our shipping radius as well, but keep following along and subscribe to our newsletter, so you'll be the first to know!
